Meeting Official Language
The official language of the meeting is English.

Abstract Submission
All abstracts shall be submitted via the Abstract Submission System. Any abstracts sent by email or any other method will not be evaluated.

Invitation Letter
Upon request, an official invitation letter can be sent to the participants who have completed their registration to the meeting. This letter is only intended to assist the participant in obtaining permission from their institution or getting a visa to enter Türkiye.

Certificate of participation
All participants who are registered to the meeting will be provided a certificate of participation at the last day of the meeting.
